It is financially and ecologically beneficial to reduce the amount of garbage we produce, and recycle what we can, rather than simply filling up the landfill. Therefore, the Lake County Solid Waste District is continuing to expand the types of materials that can be recycled locally.
Lake County is promoting recycling by providing a place to drop off recyclables, as well as offering free presentations to inform groups that want to learn more about the process. |
